JAMB Announces Date For 2019 Registration

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) on Thursday announced that registration for 2019/ 2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) will commence in December. The Head of Media of the Board, Dr Fabian Benjamin, announced this while addressing newsmen during the conduct of promotion exercise for the Nigerian Customs Service (NCS), at the board’s Computer Based Test (CBT) Centre in Abuja,NAN reports. According to Benjamin, no specific date has been fixed for the commencement of the registration yet. He, however, said that plans were underway to do so as soon as possible as the board was initially waiting for the pronouncement of the presidency on the reduction of the examinations fee, which was formally announced on Wednesday. The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the Federal Executive Council (FEC) on Wednesday approved the downward review of the examination registration fees from N5,000 to N3,500 effective from January 2019. Otunba Cash will go to jail and never return - Oritsefemi slams his one time friend and Yahoo boy after his arrest in Turkey

Oritsefemi has distanced himself from Otunba Cash, a Nigerian fraudster who was arrested in Turkey back in October following a sting operation in connection with a $1.4m e-mail scam.   The fraudster who is also the CEO of Instanbul Entertainment, was arrested after the Danish police sent a letter to Turkish Police Department back in May 2018, via Interpol, that an unauthorized access was made to one GM Plast company’s e-mail address. Oritsefemi who has sang the praises of Otunba Cash in the past recently called him out on stage saying they've not been good friends for the past two years and went on to say 'Otunba Cash will be jailed and never return'.
